hi all just a update got the new open Ralls and some of the acts on Scottish Central Plus now working thanks to all the people who work on it

the ones that stll do not work are
s-Dundee to Perth steam x2
s-Northbound sleeper
s-Dundee to Perth dmu

they are more but have I not much time to try then yet

I fixed this bug more than a month ago, in X1881.

I also continue to have problems with all SCP activities with a "s-" prefix (activities by Stephen Wells).

This bug is in conjunction of the fix Rob made in X1917. It is not because of that fix, rather it is an other aspect of that original one. :( (Unfortunately I cannot see through the handling of this track circuit cross-reference list, so I am unable to fix it.)
