Can someone please tell me whether the water and coal available display is implemented together with taking on of coal and water at coaling stages and water towers and troughs?

The taking on of fuel and water is not yet implemented, but will hopefully appear very soon. For most locomotives coal or fuel should not be an issue, but water will definitely be an issue apart from Southern region express engines which tended to carry enough coal and water for the complete trip, or to the engine change point.

The display of fuel and water remaining can be seen in the extended F5 HUD Steam Locomotive page.
