Yes, it's screenshots of the Open Rails. Now, in order enumerate:
Lokomotiv ChS4t-579 basic model is taken from the site http://railroadsim.n.../electric/chs4t
Further it is necessary to adapt to download Open Rails from the site http://railteamclub....ails/44-1-0-248
It comes as a necessary addition to the basic model.
