Is there any way I can allow any player to change points at will
Cause my friend cannot get out of a siding because the track is locked

I don't want to constantly use the dispatcher cause I want to play as well

You can select your friend in the right side bar of the dispatcher window, and then click on "assist". So your friend becomes your "assistant" and can throw switches and signals as well. If then he makes disasters :rofl2: you can select him again and click on "normal", and he will loose such power.

I would like to change in game points via G key can that be done

You can do that with the Switch directly in front of your Train (and to the rear too), just set up the correct Keyboard Input for the Change Switch state entry of the options->Keyboard tab.
