Just downloaded X1695 and when I click the .exe file the menu shows with everything blank and at the top the version is X 1694 v. 1695. Is it just a matter of the Revision.txt folder not being updated?

I don't know why the menu would be blank (it's fine for me), but the "old" version number is because revision/version 1695 was just some documentation updates - no code or executables changed. That's fairly normal, if somewhat rare with OR.
