No, superelevation is applied to all curves longer than x meters. Such curves are replaced by dynamic track. As default such dynamic track relies on acleantrack1.ace and acleantrack2.ace textures and imitates the profile of MSTS' standard tracks. If these two textures are missing, a blank texture as that shown in the picture is shown. As I suppose that this route uses specific tracks, a track profile referring to the route's track textures should be packaged with the route in order to show correct superelevated tracks.
