This is likely my best horn to date, and it's available for you to honk on "the other site". For all you foamers out there, this is what an actual K5HLL sounds like. Much thanks to Anthony Wood for the original recording and the permission for me to loop and release the horn. Read the description for more information.

Looks like you got already an unsatisfied customer in the YouTube comments. :)

Oh, THAT kid. He's some troll who dislikes everyone's videos, and then claims he did it because he's autistic. For someone with youtube experience, I'm pretty sure he's some ableist failtroll faking it.

Just be glad it wasn't SeattleSubKid, he practically starts a flamewar comprised of his trolls and angry foamers everywhere he goes. :)

I won't let a troll get in my way. Test the horn out for yourself and you'll see that it has just about perfect response time.

It's ok. Since it's for a modern GEVO or the like. It's not something that would interest me that much.

Now if this was something for maybe an EMD E-7 or of similar era that may be a different story.

Well, a K5HLB has never been made for MSTS before. E7s wear all kinds of horns that already exist in MSTS land. By the way, I happen to have High-Functioning Autism, and I can say he's only using his autism as an excuse to diss others.

Was there some sort of advantage of this particular horn over the previous model that the tone is slightly different?

It's more or less an actual K5HLL. K5HLs (both one and two-piece 1L) are still used very commonly today. K5HLLs only exist on five locomotives.
