California Movie Theater 1 1930

This is the Hollywood Movie Theater, it is a typical small movie theater from California from the 1930s, with entrance, foyer, Marquee and ticket booth and a stand alone sign all with night textures. These theaters were the heart of the movie industry and spread all across the country and then the world. Hollywood became legend and the lights of the theaters have never gone out.

This shape is by Teemu Vehkaoja, who kindly granted a open license for changes and alterations, his original read me is included here, as well as historic photos and examples of such theaters. There is a stand alone Marquee Sign created from a very nice neon sign by Tim Muir and retextured by me with his kind permission. I created night textures and the textures for the day time theater as well.
