Medium Size City Building circa 1940

This is a typical medium sized downtown office building as found in Los Angeles, San Francisco and cities throughout the USA, built between 1910 and 1950, this one designed to work with routes from California and the west coast as it is modeled on buildings found in Los Angeles before the war. It is low poly and medium detail and comes in four versions, plain, red or green awnings and pink with red awnings, each with its own shape files. There are night versions for all of these. Suitable for medium distance and routes from all over the US. Created in TS Modeler and textures created by hand and from historical sources. Typical examples included in the history file.
