Hi, I am currently engaged making a small tank loco and a beta tester wishes to know if the present steam physics take into consideration the consumption of water and coat. There is no HD data showing for these.
This little 0-4-0T had to replenish (up to) four times on a 26 mile or 41.84 kms trip. Bunkering is approx 355 kg coal, approx 300 gallons water.
In other words, although the above usage is invisible, can we run out of water and coal? There's no way to replenish either? Thank you.
Cheers Bazza

The present steam physics do not calculate steam or fuel consumption. Nor is fueling implemented for any locomotive type - steam or diesel. Steam/Fuel and other usage is part of the next gen steam physics implementation.
