Let's start with the major error Open Rails is reporting - " Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\ROUTES\SeaView5\Sound\ingame.sms'
Could you check to make sure a file called "ingame.sms" is in your \Routes\Seaview\Sound folder? Without it OR cannot load the route.
