Hi guys,
Here's a relatively modern day structure under construction with 16 inch stud centers but 'real' 2x4 studs.

This model will share wood textures of all my construction site creations including my Mod-O-Rama #3 model. (I'm just too lazy to have to re-texture all those studs for each model.)
So, when Windows asks, say YES to overwriting the texture files.

UPDATED: The sub flooring is now running diagonally.
