SOME HISTORY:The Erie RR owned several Berkshire's for freight duties on the flat lands of Northern Ohio,
New York State and New Jersy.

Class Qty. Road Numbers Year Built Builder Notes
S-1 25 3300-3324 1927 ALCO Numbers 3300-3324 scrapped between 1950 and 1952
S-2 25 3325-3349 1927 Lima Numbers 3325-3349 scrapped between 1950 and 1952
S-3 35 3350-3384 1928 Baldwin Numbers 3350-3384 scrapped between 1950 and 1952
S-4 20 3385-3404 1929 Lima Numbers 3385-3404 scrapped between 1950 and 1952

They owned a total of 105 of four classes by three builders. This one is a class S-1 Built by the American Locomotive Company's, Brooks Works. The tender for this locomotive came from the ERIE S class switchers. Yes! It's true. The tenders that were supplied with the Berkshire's went to the K-5 class Pacific's and the Pacific's tenders went to the S class switcher's. A lot of swapping around on the ERIE.

Tender shape is 12,458 polygons.

Please take note of this info:
It take a good machine to run this model. Minimum would be dual core 2.7 gig processor with 2 gig of ram and a
512 meg PCIE video card. The file is 40 meg.+ so plenty of hard drive space would be a good idea also.

PM me at-(Elvas Tower)

Don't ask about repaints as none will be allowed. Renumbers are okay. If you PM me at Elvas Tower and ask nice
