One of the things I really like about the late steam era is how much variety you can get with freight cars. Notice how the car height jumps up and down agin in those 3 cars? Different siding too. It's great to see.

This is THE reason I'm focusing on making steam era freight cars. Looking at old photos of trains from those days there's a great variety in cars, not only in types, but heights, construction, and road names. This was even true up to the 1960's.
Next up: Pre-war AAR boxcars! Lot's of roads! :)
