OR problem when loading a route Rate Topic: -----

hi, when i load the the route "Full Bucket Line" to OpenRails, i get this error:

Why do I get this? and how can i fix it?

Please attach the entire OR log.txt file. It's important for the development team to be able to intelligently respond.
