Will there be a Route Editor for OR in the future?

This might or might not help, but I got this from googling OPEN RAILS.

There was a better list on their roadmap, but since they've updated their site, WYSIWYG.

I found this in the OR-FAQ:

"What about a route editor for Open Rails?

A new route editor is a long way out on the road map. Community members should plan to use the MSTS route editor for some time to come."

No problem. With a little work, they may soon get the Route Editor to work right. But for now, even though the RE in MSTS is clunky, it kind of works.
