Out of Keddie, just leaving Crescent Mills on a wet Fall afternoon in 1970, a mixed freight powered by ex SP&S Alcos grinds the miles up towards Almanor and Bieber.....

These are some really nice shots! Cant believe I'd be the first one to reply, but then it gets pretty quite around here, sometimes.

Thanks for those. Oh, just wonderin where you got the SP&S locos? Payware?

Thank you for the appreciation guys - sorry it has taken me so long to get back (don't drop by here as much as I should :lol2: ).

The set is payware from Gaetan Belanger and there are some excellent shots taken by Tim Muir over here :D

Those are really nice photos. The BNSF is using that track quite heavily should you want to change out the engines.

Thanks on the photos Bob - quite happy with SP&S :oldstry:.

Here's some SP&S Alcos near Almanor, just up the line a bit

I'm with you too, Rod. :pardon: I appreciated the two photos of the ex-SP&S ALCOs. I remember seeing those very engines at the 10th St roundhouse in Portland and the Vancouver Shops, but never saw any actually running. Looks like an ex-NP SD-45 behind the C-636.

Hello guys. I liked the shots and I have that route. The route is done in excellent detail and the trains look good too. Keep up the good work.
