I haven't been around in almost a year, but this is something I repainted a few days ago. It's based on the Monon repaint of Tim Muir's D&RGW caboose by Rick Berg. Conveniently, C-40-2 was never assigned to any class of caboose on the SP. :clapping:

Well... what you'll really like is it busts open the limit on how many polys can be used in a model.
As for speed, it depends mostly on how many core's your CPU has and how well Windoze spreads the work across those cores.

Further animations related to steam engines would be something to look into adding; I've always wanted operating reversing gear. Perhaps support for true articulated steam will be added later as well? Working out specs for articulated steam in MSTS is kind of a guessing game, support for articulated steam would be excellent. Related to that, support for multiple sound sources on the same engine would be a definite improvement over MSTS' current sound system, where all sound originates from the rotation point of an engine or car.
