...If anyone knows where Davis is it's Tim Muir, I recall he's shown screens of unreleased gems on more than one occasion.

I know nothing of Jon's whereabouts, not having heard from him in many, many years. Andre Ming has had recent dealings with him and awhile ago, a long while, actually, I sent all my copies of Jon's beta models I had been given by him to Andre for possible release in the future. I was hoping he could release some of them, such as the neat little "Skookum", the Ma&Pa pack (which I don't have) and the Rayonier logging engines sometime soon. But Jon, as I understand it, is very busy on other projects.

Here's a web address to some of John's work with logging Mallet's. I like spending time in these pages and dreaming of things I'd like to build.

Is John Davis even still in the MSTS realm?

Jon (no "h") had been observed contracting to Andre Ming.

I'm fortunate enough to have over a dozen folders packed full of Colorado Midland stuff...

Each engine has three easily identifiable versions.
* Player engine.
* AI (Artificial Intelligence) engine
* H (Helper) engine

Gosh, maybe we should send out a petition or something, Jon really is one of the all-time great MSTS modelers. Perhaps he would be willing to "shop out" his unfinished work to his dedicated followers. :huh:

All those beautiful early locos, we need a nice route to run em' on too! :drool3: The Stinky Creek & Cheesman Pacific is pretty good, although the texture transitions are rather abrupt. The grades are a bit steep too. Perhaps someone could come up with a neat CP or suitably western route for the animals to roam on.

BTW Rick, found ya a few 0-2-0 Burdick Nightmares, boy are they cute, if a little odd!! :lol:

Ok, so these are skillful creations of S. Berliner, III, but still...

Hi Charlie:

I've very glad you've enjoyed and are enjoying the CM Pack by Jon Davis.

I see you only listed the player, AI and H engines files. I have updated the engine files for all of the CM engines to include AI that are tailored to MSTS-Bin, which alters (corrects) the animation speed issue we previously had to deal with (which required adjusting the AI factors). ANYWAY... here's a link to the update that will add BAI (Bin AI) files to your CM equipment. These are the AI one needs to use with a MSTS-Bin installation.

Thanks Andre. And that would be my fault for not looking around enough. :drool3:

I think General Motors Corporation copied those designs with their P.U.M.A. . :drool3: Nothing new under the sun.
