Requires the SPS 700 model for the cabview, as well as the default Scotsman (in its default location) for the sounds.

To install, extract the .zip file to a temporary directory; then move the folder "ATSF_3748" into your TRAINS/TRAINSET folder. Build a consist using the consist editor; the locomotive will appear as "ATSF 4-8-2 #3748", and the tender will appear as "TENDER ATSF 4-8-2 3748 15K".
