Elvas Tower: New Orleans Perley Thomas 900-Class Streetcar - Elvas Tower

This model was made to honor the people of New Orleans, and the streetcar maintenance and operations crews of the Regional Transit Authority, many of whom lost their homes during the Katrina disasters.
