Pennsylvania_RR_M1_4-8-2_TSM resource kit

This kit includes a PRR M1 4-8-2 steam locomotive and the original
110P75 tender. The locomotive has animated rods.
The train phone radio gear was installed after 1946. To make an earlier
version of the M1, remove the radio gear and turn the water hatch
covers 90 degrees and deleat one of them. I believe the hatch opened
from the back to the front. The 25 M1's were converted to M1-A
specifications after 1946 but were still M1's to the Pennsy. RR fans
called these converted M1's M1-B's but the records show that not to be
true. Some had foot board pilots and some had the cast rounded pilot
while still other's retained their original slatted pilot. All recieved
feed water heater's. Some had dual air compressor's while others
retained a single compressor.
If your trying to model a specific numbered unit try to find good photo's.
I tried to animate the tender water scoop with the MirrorArmLeft
but was unsuccessful. The animations are still with this tender model.
