Elvas Tower: MSTS / ORTS Utility - UKFS_Install - Elvas Tower

A utility which allows the UK FineScale Track System to be installed into any desired folder (which is not permitted in the downloads available from UKTS and Steam4Me).

Requirements
------------
The user must already have downloaded UKFS from UKTS (file ID 11889) or Steam4Me. The download from each of these two sites is a .exe file. If a .zip file is downloaded from elsewhere, it must first be unpacked so that the .exe file is available.

NOTE that UKFS is available from French site www.activitysimulatorworld.net as a zip file, BUT it doesn't need this program as that version can install into any selected folder.

The program has been successfully tested using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and XP SP3. The latter requires .Net Framework 4.0 to be installed.

Uninstall any previous version of UKFS_Install before installing v1.1.
Unpack the .zip file to a temporary folder & run installer.
