This is a typical small city Bank building, as found in many American Cities between 1920 and 1950, this one is based on historic examples in Southern California, as found in Los Angeles, San Francisco and other cities in the region, but they were found across the country, often modeled on Neo-Clasical motifs to give a feeling of stability and tradition. This is a low poly model suitable for any distance as the textures are high res and there are three versions all with night textures.
