Taking Andy Hockin's earlier RDC power cruise contributions and fixing them up to be true stereo, fixing DC Offsets, looping issues, and general sound cleaning and filtering to remove clicks and crackles. Also recalibrating SMS's and adding some new generic sounds as well for completeness and realism.
