Built in 1960, several of these flatcars are listed on the Ozark Mountain Railcar website. They included a PRR shop drawing of it, so this is what I'm uploading. 154000 capacity, 10.5 ft x 53.5 ft. They also shared the F202 AAR designation, which revealed several other railroads with similar cars, such as BN, UP, KCS, and CP.
