MSTS CPR Vans Replacement WAG Files

John "DCRR1" was kind enough to have a look at the WAG files I used for the CPR Vans and correct a few bracket issues that were preventing sound and brakes from working on the vans. He also removed a lot of useless lines in the Wag files. I've changed the files for the six vans to John's version, tyested them and they operate as they should.
