This one was for the late ChiliBill, who's 76th birthday is today. I thought I'd dust it off from my old Pacific Electric route and offer it up in honor of one of the founders of this site.

I found a spot for it in downtown Columbia on my CVP route. Thanks Tim, a good way to remember ChiliBill's contributions.
