I've only meant, that if 38 controls is declared, all 38 must be present in further text (not commented-out) and no one less or more.
If You've either deleted or inactivated some of them, or since You've added some more, than ensure, that number 38 is corrected to match the current actual number.

Well, if button's functionality is not yet introduced in 1.4, which is dated oct'2021, than its necessary to wait for official 1.5's release.

Then you'll have to wait until 1.5 is released, since that bug was corrected after the release of version 1.4. You won't be able to get it working in 1.4

Yes , I downloaded the pre-release version and noticed that it works, so I'm waiting for the official 1.5 version!
