Unfortunately ATM there is no update of the Unstable and Testing versions.
I have approved your PR, and included it in ORNYMG 112.

Thank you, Peter. The patch worked--diesel fuel consumption at idle with reverser centered is now functional. You OR developers are amazing! Thanks also to Carlo for all of the update downloads that he provides.
