Well, this can be really variable:
some years we have +200C at 15 of April, while if it's so ten days later, that's quite normal.
some years we have snow at first days of May.
at 2019 we had less, than +100C till the end of May, so all vegetation blossomed with a month-long delay.
at about 1983 we had snow at July night. It persisted till next afternoon, but that was a kind of anomaly, though.

FWIW if you look in the \TSRE folder there is also \TSRE appdata and then another folder for version and then you'll find \Brush. There you'll see a handful of B&W bitmap images used as brushes. You can add your own brush files and use them in TSRE.
