Hello!

A question that is making me suffer: what does "Out Of Control:SPAD" signifies?

This message appears in the Track Monitor window.

My train runs perfectly until it reaches a point (which is always the same) where the emergency brake is released in an unrecoverable way and I can't go on. Why does this happen?

Thank you!

SPAD - means Signal Passed at Danger - so I assume that you have passed a visible or hidden stop signal somewhere. More than that I can not say.

Thank you very much for your reply, darwins.

This you say is possible, I can understand it, but what I don't understand is that the emergency is triggered and you can never move the train again, the power doesn't work anymore and you can't unlock the brakes (neither Shift+-) without leaving the simulation.

Or I am doing something wrong.

Best regards!

You should be able to get into Manual mode to get control back, though you'd have to consult the OR Manual for the exact procedure

When this has happened to us in multiplayer, the solution is Ctrl+M, then Shift + -, and then Alt + E to regain control of the train.

Best regards.

May I ask, what Alt-E doing?
Ctrl-M switches to manual mode, as Travis advised, so you gain control and ability to reset emergency monitor and release brakes, Shift-/ repairs brakes instantly and completely (not prototypic but quick solve) but then I usually pres Ctrl-M again to return auto signal mode.

As you are already in Manual Mode try using Game Request Control by pressing (ALT+E)
