For version 1.4, there's probably something to update in the "Open Rails Software Platform" paragraph of the manual.

I have uploaded two PRs as follows which contain a bug fix.

PR #473 - fixes an issue with the wheels on a control car not rotating (and enables a couple of Cab gauges).

PR #488 - corrects an issue which prevents the Emergency Stop Pushbutton from working on EP braking systems

Do you want these moved to to v1.4?

Good catch, Cedric.

I'll see what I can come up with.

As a continuation of a new feature which is still in progress (control cars), we've chosen not to include this PR in 1.4

As this one is a bug affecting existing content, we've chosen to include this PR in 1.4

If you have further information on why they should or should not be included, now's the time to say :)

Last night testing the rc1 in multiplayer with 7 players, If a train stops at a station to let another pass, when the other arrives, the dispacher shows the correct non-collision route, but according to the speed of the arriving train, it does not obey the path and changes to the track occupied by the first train to which it joins.

We don't know if the problem is the route, the couples, the material, or what.

We have chosen not to hold 1.4 for this issue, as it does not appear to be clearly understood or have a fix within reach. If further details exist or come to light, please drop them in a Maybe it's a bug thread. Thanks!

Just like wedding protocol:

Just to check: Has the API's strings changed from "opened" to "open" in some controls, since NYMG 101?

Would there be any way to fix the problem of the sim ignoring camera position data when switching between 3D cabs? As it stands, we have to manually move the camera every time we switch from one locomotive to another unless the cab is in the exact same spot (i.e. the two locomotives are identical). This was not an issue in 1.3.

This is not a general discussion thread on 1.4, so I recommend you ask this question in a new forum thread, maybe in general feedback.

Has this been detailed more in a bug or a forum thread? If not, please do that first, as it is not clear to me what the actual problem is, nor whether it merits fixing in 1.4.
