Ever so often OR crashes when taking screenshots and this message is displayed:


I run experimental build 1833 and have had this crash ever since I installed OR, has this been fixed in the latest build or will this be fixed? I dread taking screenshots and lose all progress in a session because of this bug.

I don't have a logfile.

I use shift+print screen key combination, then paste data to editor, crop-off excessive borders and save in desired format and desired folder.
As debugging can demand some time, I offer to you to try this way until.

I used to do that too but for whatever reason the intercept for other ways to capture screenshot keeps getting removed.

The code is not capturing anything except the unmodified Print Screen key (you can use Alt-F1 to dump the full list to the desktop), so any other Print Screen key combination that does not work is probably not something we can fix for you. :(

It worked for years, then stopped. I mentioned this to Carlo once and he fixed it. Then it went away again.
