Suddenly my OR is crashing when I try to initialize the simulator with a Locomotive with 3d cab. This never happened until now, I didn't change anything in that cab. Without the 3d cab folder or with another locomotive, the simulator opens normally.
Tried different Routes, different setups (32 and 64 bits version) but nothing solves my problem.

This doesn't occur here with ORNYMG 103.1. Could you try with that release? And if you still get the crash, could you provide a download link for the locomotive+3Dcab?
