In TSRE in Activities when entering a Platform or Siding there is a Tic Box field called "DISABLE PLATFORM"
Wot does this do? Is it different to using F6 (Display Station Labels)

This has me wondering, "When is a platform not a platform?"
I'm guessing it has something to do with how the AI routes trains.

I was curious about this as well so I just did an experiment.
Before making the change I can see the platform name in OR while running a train using F6.
I can see the platform name in Route Editor.
I can place a checkmark beside the platform name in Route Editor.
After making the change to "Disable Platform" I can see the platform name in OR while running a train using F6.

So, apparently nothing! I wonder if this was because my test train was a freight and not a passenger.
Made no difference running a passenger activity.

So, whatever it does is not readily apparent. Maybe Goku will find time to explain it.
