Activity mode since version U2021.05.11-0251 - AI train does not drive to its path end. Probably a speed restriction problem.

The activity was created years ago and has always run without any problem, both in OR and in MSTS. In this activity, an oncoming AI train crosses the path of the player's train and normally still continues 2 km to the end of its path.

1) Since OR version U2021.05.11-0251 the AI train passes the crossing switches with normal speed, but then stops (apparently) directly after the crossing switches. The path for the player train is then cleared. However, the AI train only seems to stop, because when I increase the simulation speed significantly (to over 2500% with AltGr +9), the AI train still moves forward very slowly.

2) At the start of the activity the player train is in the station and the track monitor shows a correct speed reduction to 80 km/h about 1 km ahead. As soon as the player train starts moving a few meters, the 80 display disappears in the track monitor and then at the location of the 80 km/h speed sign there is no speed reduction - but the sign shape is visible.

I therefore suspect that since version U2021.05.11-0251 there has been some code change regarding the speed limits.

All locomotives in the activity are steam locomotives.

With the previous version U2021.05.10-1321 none of the problems described above occur. I hope the description is helpful to understand the bug and it can be fixed without too much effort.

A comprehensible bug test:

Route: Northeast Corridor (MSTS original)
Activity: "Morning In Maryland" (german "Frühzug nach Maryland") from Baltimore to Edgewood
Mode: Autopilot

After leaving Baltimore station, the player train enters a tunnel. Immediately after the tunnel is a signal and about 1 mile beyond that is a second signal. The second signal reduces to 40 mi/h.

With versions U2021.05.10-1321 / ORNYMG it runs normally:
The train goes through the tunnel and it gets the reduction to 40 mi/h only at the second signal, as announced in the track monitor.

Faulty in version U2021.05.12-1906:
Shortly before leaving the tunnel, suddenly the first signal shows a speed reduction to 40 mi/h in the trackmonitor. Shortly after, when reaching the first signal, the speed of the train is instantaneously(!) reduced from 75 to 40 mi/h.

Perhaps still helpful, the 40 mi/h at the first signal shows up in Track Monitor exactly 55 yd before the first signal.

I've tried it right now with U2021.05.11-0251. It's the same faulty thing like with current version U2021.05.12-1906.

One more info to my first post here: There is another activity in my route where the player drives the (AI) train from the activity mentioned above. So I'm controlling the oncoming freight train as a player and use the same path as this one. At the point where this train stops, I get a speed limit to 0 as player train, so the Auotpilot stops at the same point as the AI train. However, I can then continue manually, but with a speed limit of 0 in the Track Monitor.

I don't want to point out the possible core of the problem with this description here, but rather illustrate the entire scope of the whole thing. It seems to have different, partly unsuspected effects, but all somehow related to speed limits.

The issue has probably been arisen by a new feature which is being introduced in the Unstable Release. I pointed out the issue to the developer.

I made a small modification in the latest unstable version. Can you tell me if this has fixed the problem?

With version U2021.05.14-2236 the activity: "Morning In Maryland" unfortunately still shows the same behavior as described above in post #2.
My activity in post #1 with the oncoming freight train that suddenly stops unfortunately also.
