In few countries at the time of departure the locomotive sounds its horn for a brief time (say 3 or 4 seconds) after which it starts moving.
I know about the WP for horn blows. But this won't serve the purpose during departures as the horn is after the proceed signal is given and the horn is blasted before the train starts moving.
What I expect is something similar to

ORTSAIHornAtCrossings(1)

but now for departures from platform for example.
Is this possible to simulate via OR?

I expect you may emulate this by checking the Open/close doors in AI trains option and by adding in the external .sms file of the locomotive a sound stream playing the horn with the door close sound trigger. Maybe you have to add a PassengerCapacity ( 1 ) line in the Wagon section of the .eng file of the locomotive. To be tried.

In the US it is common (although not universal) for 2 short blasts on the horn or whistle as an acknowledgement to the conductor's signal to proceed. This would be a useful addition for AI's especially passenger trains.
