Had to mess around for a bit, but I tried different things until I found a setting that did the trick. I lowered the screen resolution for the program, which caused the box to be small enough to see the button.
Your prompt gave me the confidence to persevere.

This seems to be a continuing problem on my dell machine. Windows seems to have reset itself and my photoshop also got messed up as it seems to every few months.
