At Cumbres, the bad order car (RG 164) was put on the rear of the train, met the eastbound San Juan, & the helper went to Chama. Conductor Moore & crew's time on duty is short (16 hour law), & the train froze up when starting to let #116 pass. Eventually, the freight departs Cumbres at 11:28 PM.
The train rounds Windy Point...
... & rolls over Coxo Crossing.
