Hello,
I have installed MG83 but when running an activity I get the following fatal error message "Access to C:\User\Myself\Desktop\openrailslog.txt" is denied.
The content of the log file is only "Information: Game.PopState()".
How can I solve this problem.
Thanks for help

Bonsoir Pascal,
I have also noticed problems like this one in these days. At the end it was the antivirus software (in my case AVG) that wasn't happy with Runactivity writing into a desktop file. However it allowed me to override its control, and so I solved the problem.
So I assume that also in your case it is either the antivirus software or some newly-introduced security check of Windows 10 causing it.
Maybe someone here can give more precise advice on this.
A way would also be to save the logfile elsewhere. This should be possible using an .ini file for OR defining a new path for the logfile, but I don't remember how this works.

Buonasera Carlo,
grazie per la risposta. Proverò disattivando l'antivirus. Altrimenti userò W7. Su un altro computer con W10, funziona perfettamente.
Buona serata.

Bonjour à tous,
the solution was to disable the antivirus. Thank you Carlo.
