The fix was done, but I am not in the position of submitting the fix via git to the primary repository. I am running a copy of Carlo's monogameNoWD branch so Carlo, is it possible for me submit the fix via git this way? I did send you the fix via message.

just wanted to let you know that I'm experiencing this bug too, both in the stable and unstable release, as well as on the latest NewYear_MG
Already made +1 in the original bug submitted
Is this bug happening to all users or is a problem related to few people?
