Hi James,
I had a reference error when compiling the upgraded web server code, for the first time, using the "EmbedIO" package (U2020.06.12-1821).
After reinstalling the "EmbedIO" package and restarting VS 2017, everything worked fine.
Maybe this article could help us to understand, why under VS 2017 the old format "packages.config" works fine, but not under VS 2019. I have both versions installed on my computer.
Regards,
Mauricio

I believe the builds with the EmbedIO server in are now working fine; this was resolved with the following two adjustments:
- Update the PR to put the "nuget restore" (which downloads EmbedIO and makes it available to the build) in "Build.cmd" instead of ".appveyor.yml", so it works for both types of build
- Added "nuget" to the Jenkins build environment used for official builds
