In X1.3.1-152-gc6043616, a NaN speed is shown in the F4 Track Monitor window when a train stops moving, and it cannot be restarted.

Also, the speedometer disappears.

That bug has probably been fixed in a later version.
Try a weekly or the latest unstable.

I am on a weekly build, and it still persists. I'm going to try and move to the daily builds.

Edit: I am happy to report the bug has gone away in the latest daily build.
