Good morning!
I would like to ask you if on TSRE5 there is the possibility of being able to have lighter photorealistic textures, setting the size (in my case 1024x1024).
I noticed that on the settings file there is a line suitable for this resizing but I deduced that it does not work with Mapbox ..
The Raster Z17 textures have a size of 49.169kb ..
So in this case, on a scenario like mine, I have a Terrtex folder at least 40GB in size ..!
Luckily it is a personal modification .. but it would be convenient to be able to resize them ...!

Do keep in mind the tiles themselves are skewed per the Goode-Homosoline projection and so no aerial images will properly line up with the terrain.

Thanks for the link to DxtBmp. Do you have any recommended format for OR please? There are a lot of options.
I would very much like to reduce my _map from the current 23gb
Thanks again, Rick

The link is very useful, could you explain the procedure to make sure that the textures once converted can work on Open Rails?
