Thank you. That's a big difference. The older version you selected is an Ultimate version (by perpetualKid). Could you please try also with releases 50 and 42 of OR NewYear MG that I have inserted in the pack I have linked here http://www.elvastowe...post__p__256286 ?
Is release 48.2 still OK or not?

Thank you, you are providing good data. Could you try also with the last Unstable version?

Carlo, deep in the f5 display sequence is one that includes Object Prims. Is that still a synonym for Draw Calls?

So in overall there is drop in cab , a little better with FPS is outside but graphics is not smooth. Its lagging like MSTS in old times on heavy route and heavy trainset.

DynamicShadows = False
MultisamplingCount = (user set) 32

With MultisamplingCount set that high, that is asking a lot of the GPU, at least that is the case over here!
If you turn on DynamicShadows your FPS will drop easily by a factor of 4!

my emphasis....IMO ( and I'm probably not the only one with that opinion ) that's not necessary, an example of FPS overindulgence...anything over 60-70 range for OR is really a waste of resources.

It's one thing when trying to calculate if the trajectory of a bullet is going to cross the path of some speed-rushing monster trying to dodge behind a brick wall... and quite another when all it means is the determination of the next millimeter of progress down the rail.

Use vsync and give your rig a break.
