I have been running ORTS monogame rel. 32 for a long time now without problems.
For all my trains I have EngineControllers notch settings for different speed and lowest notch is usually for 40 km/h.
I have tried all new releases of ORTS monogame and for all versions I get a higher speed, in some trains about 10 to 20 km. more but it can for some other trains be up to a 100 km. more with lowest notch setting.
Is there a solution or explanation to this problem.

Can you provide a download link of a loco which has the problem?
And can you try with the latest OR unstable version?

Thanks jan for the precise answer.
If the unstable version has the same problem, I kindly ask you to report the problem in the "Maybe it's a bug" subforum, because it is most likely that the problem is not caused by Monogame.
