Yeah, they're pretty fun to paint.

Great image of the CB&Q 919, sky is awesome.

Out back. This is a scene on my modified Inglenook Puzzle, featuring various brick and wood factories and mills by Chris Gerlach, derrick by Mike Gray, ladder and small shed behind fence by Rick thegrindre and Manassas Gap Rail Road gondola No.12 by me (as is the ore car).

Naw, that's in your basement, Steve! Looks like a portion of a grand model railroad. :thumbup3:

Hey Tim,

I always did like John Allen's Gore & Daphetid, I think I got that right. His floor to ceiling scenery on an HO model RR was certainly "state of the art" at the time.

The G&D immediately came to mind. :)

There are some very nice screens of some excellent work here in this thread.

"Private Routes"...

Well, it's not by design, I've shared a lot of my project routes with others, but seeing as I've lost my web space, being able to share my stuff is over for a spell.

At the risk of being a bit blase' among these excellent screens of route projects in this thread, here's a pic I liked that I shot some time ago on my prototype-based project route "Frisco Line". You're looking at the small engine facility at "Hackett City" out in the coal belt region of the line.

Nothing blase' about that, Andre, I think it's a great shot, well composed and lighted.

On the mend from an illness, started playing around with the Ma and Pa Doodlebug, a US Mail extra run with private car "Maryland" in tow ( a "quick" repaint of Ozark Northern coach #101, by Jon Davis, yesterday). Actually not a "repaint", but more of a readjustment of the original hue, saturation and lightness, with new gold stripes overlaying the originals. "Maryland" font is "Libercity Thin".

On the modified "Inglenook Puzzle" route. Brick factories by Chris Gerlach

It's such a nice old model and it comes with passengers!
