Before some time I have loaded the unstable Releases, without any Problem.
The last release I have used was 1.3.1-50.
Then I have used different MG-Releases, unstable Releases, MG-NewYear,..... also without any Problem.

Before some weeks I have downloaded the Testing-Release 1.3.1-72.
With this Release I can't load the Main-Menu (see attachement)
I get this Error-Information:
Attached Image: Testing92.jpg
the same Problem with the Testing-Release 1.3.1.92
The last Testing-Release I have used without Problems was been X4331

Is there some thing wrong with my .NET-Installation?
I am using Win10 Home 1903
Any Idea?

edit:
This is the Link given in the Errormessage:
http://go.microsoft..../?LinkId=155569
The Error doesn't produce a Logfile, the attached Logfile is from the working Release 1.3.1.50
So somebody can perhaps see the reason for the Problem in my Installation.

With a tip from carlo I could reduce the problem:
The Problem exist only by Testing-Release and if the zip-file is unzippt by Windows10-Zip
It doesn’t occur if I use 7-zip for unzipping.

It occurs only if the Language-Option is set to German, Italian, French and perhaps to all other languages,
but the Problem doesn’t occur if it is set to English.

By replacing the Files, file per file in the DE-Language-folder, I have found, that the file:
Menu.Messages.resources.dll
Unzipped by windows10-zip, cause the Problem. If it is unzipped by 7-zip it doesn't cause a problem.
But it cause the Problem only, with the Testing-Releases from the OR-Downloadpage.

Any Idea about the reason?

The file
Menu.Messages.resources.dll
unzipped with windows10-zip
has the following extra attribute:
Attached Image: Eigenschaften.jpg
The file is from an other computer and is for that reason perhaps blocked

so if you unblock by checking that box to the right (Zulassen on your screen, "Unblock" in English version), does it work?

Yes, I can check this box, then the file is working and the box is disappeared, no possibility to uncheck it!!
The other files in the folder "DE" does also have such a checkbox, but it seams they are not blocked? I couldn't find any error produced by this other files.

By unzipping with 7-zip, the files in the Folder "DE" doesn't have such a checkbox, and they doesn't produce this error.

This Problem with using Windows-Zip for unzip a Testing-Release persist now since long time.
I don't think, that this is a specific problem of my W10-Installation?
So please, can you place the hint to use 7Zip, on your Downloadpage for the Testing-Releases.
Almost if a user will use non english Languages.
many new users of OpenRails would by happy.
