In OR NewYear MG I have removed the on screen notifications of camera change, which are present in the official OR version. Would you agree that also in the official OR version such notifications are removed?

Sounds good. There's really no need for it, since it's usually pretty obvious which camera you're using

Give a thought to new users of OR, who are unfamiliar with the OR camera setup. Sometimes folks need "training wheels" before they learn to go freestyle, "training wheels" might be some sort of switch/option to turn off the screen notifications once you are familiar with the cameras.
That important point made (IMO), I'm also in agreement with the others.
Thank you for your continuing work, Carlo. http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/hi.gif

The better solution, IMO, would be to find some pair of keys that could be assigned the function of toggling that display on and off. That way t he end user is in control of all of the appearance of the text displays. It need not be a simple key combination as it's likely to not be used all that often.

Can a command be three keystrokes?
